IMPORTANT NOTICE

1.

The May 2015 semester results (Undergraduate programme) for academic courses as well as Student Industrial Training will be posted on student portal for viewing on 22nd September 2015

Students with outstanding dues MUST settle payment with Finance to avoid inconvenience unable to view results via student portal. Please be advised to check with Finance Dept./ Security Dept./ IRC for outstanding dues to the university ie. Tuition / Hostel fees, Security Summon, Book loan and other clearance for graduating students.

3.

Supplementary Examination for (Undergraduate Programme) student is scheduled on 22nd & 23rd September 2015.



  • Application for supplementary examination is opened to identify Foundation students with maximum of TWO (2) non-project based course(s).
  • The formal request must be made using the application for Supplementary Examination form within TWO (2) days after the official results released to be collected from the Exam Unit.
  • Students will be notified on the approval for supplementary examination with details and to confirm the request with payment.
  • The Supplementary Examination fee of RM100 per course (non-refundable) shall be made to the UTP Finance dept. / online payment to UTP CIMB account # 8004857910.
  • Completed form with proof of payment must reach the Examination Unit counter or email to noraizian@petronas.com.my / anas.zainal@petronas.com.my latest by 21st September 2015.

Appeal for Remarking process for January 2015 semester (Undergraduate programme) is from 22nd-25th September 2015 (3 working days) using  <Remarking form>
with proof of payment to be submitted at Examination Unit counter latest at 5.00 p.m. on the last date. Any submission via email MUST attached the scan copy of furnished form together with proof of payment send to: intanzairina_kamaruddi@petronas.com.my / nurulhanie.bakar@petronas.com /

5.

The deadline for Appeal for Reinstatement/ Readmission due to academic dismissal cases for January 2015 semester (Undergraduate Programme) is on 28th September 2015.
Students will be notified via email on the academic dismissal status and the appeal process.
Please submit appeal letter to the Examination Unit or send via email by the last date to: azri.mustaffa@petronas.com.my / suhamai@petronas.com.my
