How to Apply (for International Students)

 

  • All applicants MUST download the application form. (Please ensure you have Acrobat Reader version 8.0 and above installed in your computer. Otherwise please download Acrobat Reader 8.0).
    Complete the application form and rename the file as your Passport no with your nationality e.g: B123456-Indonesian.
  • Please complete the application form using Acrobat Reader 8.0 and do not scan the form.
    You will need to include certified documents to support your application i.e academic transcripts. Where appropriate please provide official certified English translations. Copies of academic transcripts, statements, results etc need to be verified by appropriate personnel (original issuer, school principal, judge etc) as genuine reproductions.

  • An application fee USD 30.00 to be paid via bank draft made payable to Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.

Note: Application form will be processed after the following conditions are met:

Application form are submitted with copies of transcript and application fee.

Copies of transcripts are certified and verified by authorities such as school principals, University registrar, government officials etc

Shortlisted applicants are required to undergo Cambridge’s Personal Style Questionnaires (CPSQ) and Thinking Skill Assessment (TSA) which be carried out in Malaysia and / or Dubai, UAE (if applicable).

The payment for the administration of the assessment / test is as stated below :

  • Malaysia – USD 90.00
  • Dubai, UAE - USD 260.00

The above will go into effect beginning January 2015 Intake onward. The payment is subject to changes and the University reserves the right to change it without prior notice.

Application Due Date

 

Application is open throughout the year. To enroll into the next Intake session (Foundation: March & July), application form must reach us before the given deadline. Allocation of placement in the next intake will be subjected to availability of placement.
