Graduation Audit Process for 2015 Convocation PDF Print E-mail

ALL EXPECTED GRADUATES MAY 2015 SEMESTER ONLY


The graduation audit process is to be conducted by respective programmes to ensure the fulfillment of the graduation requirement and ensure the ELIGIBILITY to be included in 2015 Convocation. The steps are :

 

  • Collect your Graduation Checklist [previous courses taken with Grades] Registration & Examination Unit: 
    19th – 25th June 2015
  • Fill in details on information required and attach a copy of graduation checklist and relevant letters on change of programme/ exemption/ transfer credit (if any)
  • Complete Graduation Audit Form and it is to be submitted direct to Registration & Examination Unit. Dateline for the submission are as follows:

 

> BATCH 1-Final Sem SEP 2014

: CLOSED

> BATCH 2-Final Sem JAN 2015

: CLOSED

> BATCH 3-Final Sem MAY 2015

: 30 June 2015


2015 GRADUATION PROCESS

REGISTRY is making an effort to reach all FINAL YEAR STANDING students who are due to graduate to ensure the eligibility & fulfillment of requirement before yearly convocation.

Settlement of outstanding dues to the university prior to the convocation to Finance & Fund Management Dept..

· Staggered payment within 18 months

· Outstanding need to be treated seriously without compromise by various agencies & students.
